Handcrafted, these dumplings are fragrant with glutinous rice yet not greasy. Each round, plump grain of rice glistens like a pearl, earning them the name "Pearl Dumplings."

Hubei-style autumn and winter warming soup features fresh pork belly as its main ingredient. Raw materials are strictly selected to ensure the meat is tender and free of any peculiar smell. This soup has a unique taste and is deeply loved by diners. We specially add hand-made Yinmi rice for simmering. Yinmi rice has a soft, glutinous, and sweet texture, blending perfectly with the delicious pork belly, creating a multi-layered taste in the soup. Face brothers, stir-fried noodles
Usage: Add 40g (2 scoops, can be increased or decreased) of this product to 100g of noodles or rice noodles, mix well, and enjoy. No need to add other seasonings, adding some diced radish and chopped scallions will make it taste better. It can also be used in cold dishes.
