Nineteen years ago, with the simple wish of "bringing Hubei flavors to thousands of households," we planted a seed in a small factory in Jingshan. Today, with "JiangHua brand" steamed meat rice noodles fragrantly filling 38,000 terminal stores, and intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship taking flight with intelligent manufacturing, I deeply understand that behind this achievement are the trust of countless consumers, the strong support of partners throughout the industry chain, and the dedicated efforts of every JiangHua person day and night.
In these nineteen years, we have made products with "traditional craftsmanship." From manually packaging bags of rice noodles in a handicraft workshop to a fully automated production line with a capacity of 120 packages per minute; from carefully selecting raw materials in the fields to 15 quality inspection procedures exceeding national standards—it is this obsession with quality that has allowed us to capture 8 out of every 10 bags of steamed meat rice noodles in Hubei, preserving the soul of traditional flavors in the age of industrialization.
In these nineteen years, we have pursued development with "innovative thinking." Seeing young people chasing "clean recipes" in the light food sector, we decisively launched the zero-additive "vegetable paste"; when the pre-made dish trend emerged, we innovated canned soups using industrial-grade sterile workshops. From agricultural wholesale to e-commerce bestsellers, from seasonings to a matrix of healthy foods, each transformation has proven that: upholding tradition while innovating is the key to lasting success.
At this new starting point, we have launched a digital revolution across the entire production chain, allowing "Cloud JiangHua" to accurately capture consumer demand; in the pre-made dish research and development center, engineers are transforming Hubei memories like fish cakes and lotus root soup into "five-minute meals" for young people. But I am even more eager to share the added value of the industry with more farmers by building rural revitalization raw material direct sourcing bases—this is not only JiangHua's responsibility, but also our interpretation of "doing good in the food industry".
