"Journey to Warm Spring in Jingchu" Spring Breeze Brings Warmth to Jingshan, Jointly Charting a New Chapter of Development with JiangHua Food

On April 12, 2025, the Hubei Provincial Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Association's "Warm Spring Tour in Jingchu" series of activities came to Jingshan City, focusing on the coordinated development of the food industry chain. The aim was to promote the clustered upgrading of regional characteristic industries through resource matching, technology sharing, and policy empowerment. With "breaking through the upstream and downstream of the industry chain and promoting efficient resource allocation" as its core objective, the activity organized representatives from over 30 food processing, packaging materials, cold chain logistics, and catering service enterprises within the association to visit the JiangHua Food Industrial Park. Through on-site inspections and entrepreneur matchmaking meetings, the event aimed to help enterprises overcome development bottlenecks and achieve a leap in industrial value.

Tan Yinggang, Chairman of Wuhan JiangHua Seasoning Food Co., Ltd., stated in his welcome speech: "'Warm Spring Tour in Jingchu' has built a platform for enterprises to deeply communicate with the association and upstream and downstream partners. Since its transformation from a state-owned food research institute in 2001, JiangHua Food has always adhered to the philosophy of 'emphasizing both inheritance and innovation,' committed to combining traditional seasoning craftsmanship with modern consumer demands. This event not only brings new opportunities for technical cooperation and market expansion to JiangHua Food but also makes us deeply feel the association's emphasis on and support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises."
Chairman Tan Yinggang emphasized that JiangHua Food will take this event as an opportunity to further deepen cooperation with member units of the association, jointly explore emerging fields such as pre-made dishes and compound seasonings, and promote the industry's upgrading towards high-end, intelligent, and green development. 
During the event, Xia Anxing, Chairman of Wuhan Xiage Food Co., Ltd., a Vice President unit of the Hubei Provincial Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Association, was invited to share his experience. He pointed out that as a pillar industry of the national economy, the food industry's internal circulation development needs to rely on "resource integration, technology sharing, and market linkage." Xiage Food has effectively reduced costs and increased product added value by building a closed-loop supply chain with catering and food processing enterprises within the association.
Chairman Xia Anxing suggested that food enterprises need to strengthen brand co-building and enhance regional brand influence through joint marketing and other methods. He stated: "Xiage Food is willing to work hand in hand with association members such as JiangHua Food to jointly create an innovation hub for the food industry in Central China, injecting new momentum into Hubei's high-quality economic development." 
Lei Huansong, Secretary of the Party Organization and Secretary-General of the Hubei Provincial Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Association, emphasized that digitalization is key to leading the development of food enterprises. Enterprises should leverage digital technology to improve production efficiency and optimize supply chain management. In the context of complex international situations, enterprises must utilize the internal circulation role and deeply cultivate the domestic market. At the same time, food enterprises also need to conduct comprehensive, multi-channel, and in-depth publicity to enhance brand awareness and reputation, adapting to market changes and achieving sustainable development.
At the end of the event, Secretary Lei Huansong presented the association's Vice President plaque to Tan Yinggang, Chairman of JiangHua Food.


The spring breeze of the "Warm Spring Tour in Jingchu" is bringing vitality to Hubei's food industry. Under the leadership of the association, enterprises like JiangHua Food and Xiage Food will use innovation as an engine and synergy as a bond to jointly write a new chapter of industrial upgrading and regional economic take-off.
